The iaelyon School of Management -Lyon, France- is hosting the 12th EIASM workshop on Talent Management.

Organized on October 2nd and 3rd in the premises of the MILC – Université Lyon 3, the workshop will host the discussions of 27 past or current research communications related to Talent Management, under the supervision of the workshop coordinators, Professors David Collings -Trinity College Dublin, Hugh Scullion -Hull University- and Vlad Vaiman -California Lutheran University-.

The workshop will also constitute an opportunity to listen the keynote speech from Vincent Belot, Leadership Academy Director of the Michelin Group's Fabrique des Talents.

The local hosts of the workshop are Professors Pascale Levet and Didier Vinot, from the iaelyon School of Management, who will welcome in Lyon the 44 participants of the workshop, representing 33 institutions and 19 nationalities.
