About the EIASM Interdisciplinary Leader Award
Established in 2015, the EIASM Interdisciplinary Leader Award recognises faculty members who have made outstanding contributions to advancing interdisciplinary research and scholarship. EIASM believes that interdisciplinarity is essential for ensuring that theory-building, empirical research, education, and institution-building in management integrate knowledge and foster progress in an era of increasing academic specialisation.
This prestigious recognition underscores the critical importance of interdisciplinary approaches in addressing the complex challenges of contemporary society and advancing the theoretical foundations of management science.
